Added Passport Handling

For many language schools, it’s very important to track passport details or identity card numbers. This is mandatory, for example, when the school is dealing with a student who has applied for a student visa.

Until now, in NiftySchool, you could store passport details in a generic “Visa notes” field. This is usually sufficient as you could store details in whatever format you liked and could write as much information as necessary.

However, one problem arose: when receptionists were registering new students, receptionists oftern forgot to request passport details, which are vital information.

We then added a separate field for this purpose. Seeing the blank field will remind receptionists to ask for this data and complete the field when needed.

This is a tiny change, but it helps schools to maintain updated and consistent databases of their students.
