Why Coloured Enrolment Forms Are Easier To Use
— Apr 17, 2010
Are you getting confused when tracking your students’ enrolments?
There are cases in which students might have many different enrolments, perhaps because they returned to school after a break, or because they have been moved to different classes multiple times.
In a language school database, it is essential to track each enrolment period separately with its own start date, end date, and expected attendance.
A long list of enrolments can be confusing, however, because it forces you to visually scan all of the entries to find the one you want to edit.
Today, we’re releasing a minor improvement so that the active enrolments are shown using a different background colour.
This will help you to identify which classes the student is attending now, and which classes he attended in the past.
In addition, the student’s overall start date and last paid day date (current expected leaving date) will be inferred from the enrolment dates, so you don’t need to input such information twice.

We hope these changes will help you to manage your enrolments more easily, so enjoy!
