Tracking Students' Attendance Percentage

Many language schools need to track students’ attendance percentage. This is true especially for visa students, as they have a minimum attendance requirement in order to maintain their visas.

Schools are required by law to inform the government if a student’s attendance drops below a certain threshold.

Starting today, NiftySchool allows you to compare expected attendance against the real attendance, both as number of hours and as a global percentage.

Weekly and monthly stats are available by clicking the attendance boxes in the Student Calendar screen.

Also, a total attendance percentage is shown on the right shoulder of the screen for quick reference.
