Different Ways to Print Class Registers

We’re constantly looking for ways to improve NiftySchool.
Recently, we updated the class register templates.

Some language schools want to not only track attendance, but also want their students to sign a register and note entry and exit times.

This is useful if you are dealing with visa students, and want a proof that they have attended particular lessons. It also reminds the teachers to log in the times so that an accurate attendance percentage can be calculated later on.

We have added a new template for the registers. This template will be printed in landscape mode, making room for the new fields that have been introduced.

Take a look here at the new register templates that are available:

For normal classes, entry and leaving times and signature columns have been introduced.

For Callan classes, there are signatures and entry time and leaving time fields for each hour.

Using the new templates is not mandatory. You can keep using the standard template if you don’t need the new columns.
To enable the new layout, go to Configuration/General Settings, and select Use Landscape Register.
