Download Student Payments in Excel

In NiftySchool you can easily track payments. Receptionists can take payments and file them in the system straight away along with the student’s info.

Accountants, on the other hand, need to reconcile payments and download them in a format that’s easier to manage and manipulate.

From today you can download the payments in the system in MS Excel format. Just go to the Payments tab and click on the Download .xls link.

By default, the last two months are shown and downloaded, but you can change the dates and download only the payments you’re interested in. Useful for example if you update your books on a monthly basis.
