Print Teachers Weekly Timetable

A couple of weeks ago, we introduced a new module to manage your teachers’ schedules. Today, we’re adding the ability to save the weekly schedule in Excel format so that it can be efficiently printed out.

• Each teacher is assigned a colour so that you can quickly spot when she or he is supposed to teach.
• Classes using the Callan method will have two rows, as a different teacher can be assigned to each hour.

By default the current week timetable is shown, but you can select the week you want and print for the following weeks in advance.

To print the timetable, go to the Teachers tab and click on the timetable link on the right shoulder.
