Print Payment Receipts and Invoices

NiftySchool allows you to record payments and expenses. When taking payments, you may want to issue an invoice or receipt of payment.
Once you save the payment, simply click on the ‘print receipt’ link at the top right corner, and an Excel file containing the receipt will generate with your payment details.

The invoice will include the student information (name, address, country) and the details of the payment (date, payment description, amount, payment method).
The payment will also automatically calculate and report taxes such as VAT, but this feature can be disabled on demand.

You can print the file as it is or save it on your desktop and modify it before printing.
