Speed Up Attendance Tracking for Your Classes

Today, we are releasing am update to speed up attendance tracking.

Some of our schools input attendances for all of the classes at a given time each the day. If this is your practice, you will probably find yourself iterating through your class registers to update the attendances, which is tedious and time consuming.

We have added a button to automatically save class attendances and move to the next class simultaneously, without being redirected to the class register page. This saves a few clicks per class, speeding up the process.

When saving attendances press ‘Save Attendances and Edit Next Class’ instead of the usual ‘Save Attendances’:

This will save the attendances for the current class (Derby) and will open the edit attendances screen for the next class in the list (Leeds):

Keep doing this until you loop through all of your classes, and all of the attendances are updated. When you get to the last class, the system will automatically bring you back to the first on the list.

If you have a block of classes that you do not need to update, just use the links on the right to go straight to the edit attendances page of the class that interests you.
