Edit Class Attendances for Weeks at a Time

A few days ago, we introduced a way to speed up attendance tracking that allows you to loop through your classes, editing daily attendance and quickly moving to the next class.

We are now releasing another improvement: editing attendance for an entire week at one time.

To edit attendance for an entire week, go to the class register, and click edit attendance. On the daily attendance page, you will find a new button: ‘Edit entire week’:

Click the button, and the page will switch into a ‘weekly’ view:

From this screen you can:

• Edit attendances for the entire week
• Go to the previous/next week
• Jump to other classes’ weekly attendance

The same weekly attendance editor is also available for Callan Method classes, where the 1st and 2nd hours will be shown:

…and for self-study/laboratory classes:

This significantly improves entry speed when you need to batch update multiple days.
