How to Print a Weekly Class Attendance Register

Today we’re releasing a small update for schools that manage registers on a weekly basis.

When you browse to a class, NiftySchool presents you with the daily class register by default. You can download and print the daily register in Excel format by clicking on ‘Print daily register’ on the right hand side of the screen.

While this is good enough for most schools, it can be tedious if you manage registers on a weekly basis, as you would need to print up to five different registers per class.

We added a switch to show a full week at once, and to print a single weekly register per class:

By clicking the ‘week’ link under the date, the screen will switch to a weekly view and you will be able to print the weekly register in one go.

The register is printed by default in landscape mode and is also available for Callan and laboratory classes.
